West Midlands Award Winners!
FSB Wellbeing Award of the Year
Last Friday, Harry and Katie attended the West Midlands FSB Awards at Forest of Arden Country Hotel and Golf Club, just outside of Birmingham. We were shortlisted for two categories – The ‘Wellbeing Award of the Year’ and The ‘Digital/E-Commerce Business of the Year’ Award (full descriptions below).
We were delighted to win the Award for Wellbeing Business of the Year, considering there was such a large volume of entries (over 1000 businesses were shortlisted alone) and of high calibre. Additionally, we were awarded a \’highly commended\’ status in the Digital/E-commerce category.
We are fortunate enough to have now received two awards from the FSB (National Federation of Self Employed & Small Businesses Limited), after winning the ‘Community’ Award in 2018. It is an honour to be recognised for the work that we do by such a creditable organisation.

Wellbeing of the Year Award Description
“This award recognises businesses that are creating an environment for their employees to succeed by demonstrating their commitment to the health and wellbeing of their workforce. Judges will be looking for those businesses that promote and encourage wellbeing and positive health amongst their employees through a number of initiatives.”

Digital/E-Commerce Business of the Year Description
“This award is for businesses that have the resilience required for the fast-paced nature of doing business online. The award will go to the business that has delivered an outstanding online customer journey, showing responsiveness to customers’ needs, with the business results and growth to match. Judges will be looking for businesses that have used digital innovation and e-commerce to achieve growth, exceptional customer experience and increased financial performance.”
Next stop – London!
As regional winners of the Wellbeing Award, we will now go through to the National Finals in London, representing the West Midlands. The Awards will take place in May, so we look forward to attending and reuniting with the West Midlands winners!
