October has been a productive and record-breaking month for our team, with many improvements across the board.
Five new website projects
We’ve kicked off five new projects, ranging from standard business web design to larger digital offerings such as community-based solutions where we explore the customer journey and upsell opportunities.
Each one is unique, and we can’t wait to see them come to life.
A record-breaking month for revenue
This month, we achieved a new monthly record for revenue! Thanks to both new and existing clients putting their trust in us. It’s been a fantastic period of growth, and we’re keen to keep the momentum going into our 2024/2025 fiscal year!
We launched our new internal CRM
We successfully launched our in-house CRM system this month. This will not only streamline our internal processes but also improve the experience we offer our clients by delivering service-based emails and updates.
Optimised creative and user journey sessions
We’ve made significant improvements to how we run our creative sessions and map out user journeys. These optimised processes are making a big difference in project efficiency and ensuring our clients get the best results.
New monthly reports for our support clients
We’ve rolled out an upgraded monthly support report for our support clients. The new report is packed with more valuable insights, and it’s easier to read, providing clear, actionable data at a glance.
A new podcast coming soon
We’re in the process of setting up our very own podcast, hosted by our Founder and MD – Harry O’Connor. This will be an excellent platform to engage with business owners and industry leaders from all backgrounds. Keep an eye out for the launch soon.
