Miso Time!

The lads in our studio have recently got into eating Miso which is a type of soup noodle concoction that uses fermented soya beans as the base ingredient along with rice noodles. Trust me, it tastes a lot better than it sounds, especially with a generous dash of Voodoochilli hot sauce!

To the left we have Dan’s Miso which is made with frozen mixed veg, soya sauce and potatoes. In the middle we have Richard’s which has shaved carrot, tomato, peanut butter, radish, cider vinegar and spinach. On the right Harry has used fresh tomatoes, chorizo sausage, spring onions, olives, jalapeno chilli, soya sauce, peanuts and harissa paste as well as extra chilli sauce.

Miso is a fantastic, healthy, cheap lunch and the only downside really is that its not ideal to eat right before a meeting, especially if you added lots of chilli sauce!
