Don't have any sauce?

If you are a current client you should have received a bottle from us by December 2010. By current, we mean someone we have worked with in the last year. If you think your bottle has gone missing, get in touch and we will see what we can do. If you aren't an existing client but really want to try a bottle for yourself (yes you can use the discount code too!), or just can't get enough of the stuff and want another bottle then you can order one from us. Bottles cost £8 each plus postage and packaging. Sorry about the hefty price tag but it costs a lot of money to make your own sauce! Order a bottle here. Sorry, we have now run out of bottles!

About the Voodoochilli Hot Sauce

We cannot tell you the pain we went though during our extensive hot chilli tasting sessions to bring you this really great hot sauce. It is made by a specialist chilli farm in Gloucestershire using only the finest, all natural ingredients: tomatoes, sugar, piri-piri chillies,spices, vinegar, salt and garlic. All chillies are free range and had a good life before being humanely harvested for your enjoyment. The sauce is ideal as an accompaniment, BBQ relish or as a fabulous cooking ingredient in spicy food. Use sparingly as it's hot!

About the chillies

Piri-piri chillies, also known as Bird's Eye and African Devil chilies were made famous by the Portuguese with their national dish "Chicken Piri-piri". These chillies rate at over 175,000 scoville units making them one of the hottest chilli's out there, certainly one of the most flavourful that we tasted when researching for this sauce.
